肖君华教授

肖君华，1968年10生，生物科学与技术研究所教授，博导，从事遗传学教学科研工作。化学化工与生物工程学院副院长，国际哺乳动物遗传学会成员，中国遗传学会青年委员会委员，上海市遗传学会理事、副秘书长。

研究方向:

1、小鼠性发育相关机制的遗传学研究：利用F2代家系、同类系定位克隆小鼠性发育相关基因，利用转基因小鼠、条件剔除小鼠进行相关基因的功能验证。

2、野生小家鼠遗传资源的挖掘和利用：在全国范围采集了25个地区的野生小家鼠活体，正在建立野生小家鼠来源的1号染色体替换群体。该群体的建立，将大力推动1号染色体已知的400多个QTL的精细定位和功能基因克隆。

3、临床检测方案研究：通过对连接酶检测反应（ligase detective reaction,LDR）的系统研究，建立了LDR－PCR SNP检测系统。上述系统可广泛应用于各类疾病相关基因的检测、个体化用药相关基因的检测、各类病原体基因突变检测和病原体分型鉴别。
