石建军教授
石建军,1976年8月出生。等离子体物理学科教授、博导。主要从事常压低温等离子体的基础和应用研究工作,包括等离子体放电技术、诊断、理论和数值模拟及其在材料处理和生物应用。在常压辉光等离子体放电原理研究、常压射频辉光放电稳定性机制及其控制技术等方面都取得了一系列具有重要意义的原创性成果。

主要研究成果:
主要从事常压低温等离子体的基础和应用研究工作,包括等离子体放电技术、诊断、理论和数值模拟及其在材料处理和生物应用。在常压辉光等离子体放电原理研究、常压射频辉光放电稳定性机制及其控制技术等方面都取得了一系列具有重要意义的原创性成果,特别是提出的具有自主知识产权的常压射频辉光放电中的Alpha和Gamma工作模式的理论解决了放电稳定性机制的理论依据,并据此理论发展了多项常压低温辉光稳定放电技术并成功应用于微纳材料合成、表面改性和生物灭菌等方面,相关研究成果被国内外同行广泛引用(500余次),获得了较高评价。
