陈志龙教授
陈志龙,男,1968年12月生;为第二军医大学药学学士、药物化学博士,曾先后在中科院上海有机化学研究所、澳大利亚Central Queensland University、英国The University of Liverpool进行博士后研究。曾任第二军医大学防护医学教研室主任、学科带头人。现为东华大学化学化工与生物工程学院生物医药研究组课题组长,PI,药物化学与药理学教授,博士生导师。
为中国光学会激光医学分会常务理事;上海生化药物专业委员会副主任委员;上海药物化学专业委员会委员;国家科学技术奖励评审专家;科技部重大重点专项评审专家;国家自然科学基金评审专家;教育部计划项目与博士点基金评审专家;上海市科委项目评审专家。
发表论文200余篇。出版中英文专著4部。申请国家发明专利70余项。
研究方向:
(1)光动力新药研发及光动力疗法的基础与应用研究(如抗肿瘤、抗鲜红斑痣、抗类风湿性关节炎、抗病毒作用等);
(2)分子靶向药物研究(如血管紧张素受体拮抗剂类新药的设计、合成及其降压、抗心衰、预防老年痴呆及抗肿瘤作用研究;叶酸、多肽等靶向分子导向的新药研究);
(3)药物纳米靶向载体研究(如磁靶向药物纳米载体与纳米传递系统研究);
(4)天然活性产物及中药现代化研究;
(5)转化医学研究。
主要研究成果:
(1)在光动力新药研制及光动力疗法基础与应用研究领域做出了出色成绩,在国内外有一定影响力。有2个光动力新药进入临床研究。
(2)创制了多个高效、长效、低毒的沙坦类降压新药,正在进行临床前研究;
(3)作为主要成员参与研发的国家一类抗肿瘤新药CM-Na已获准上市,该项目获国家发明二等奖。
(4)发现了一个新的有机化学反应--三联吡啶的重排反应,该反应在制备具有特殊光化学与光生物医学性能的三联吡啶化合物及其金属配合物领域具有重要用途。
(5)在纳米靶向传递系统研究领域,在新药药理评价模型构建、新药评价方法研究等领域也做出了一定成绩。
(6)在新药仿制与医药中间体制备工艺研究领域做出了出色成绩。茶碱类系列产品、氨基葡萄糖系列产品在企业实现产业化,产值过亿元。
